Sales Manager Trainee - Base Salary + Full Benefits
About The Position
Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced direct in-home sales professionals ready to transition into management. This is a 6-month Sales Manager Trainee Program where you will gain experience in selling, closing deals, hitting personal goals, conducting field coaching and ride-alongs, self-recruiting and developing new talent, and driving team performance through motivation, training, and leading from the front. Upon program graduation, a promotion is guaranteed. The company is a stable, established firm founded in 1999 with over 100 offices nationwide and is the largest employee-based ADT Authorized Dealer. Requirements
- Direct In-Home Sales Experience
- Strong communication, work ethic, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to relocate after program graduation
