About The Position

Reporting to the Edmonton Area Manager RMC, the Sales Manager – Ready Mix Concrete will have the opportunity to provide sales leadership and strategic direction for the Edmonton area market. Requirements

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
