Sales Manager for Pyro & Grinding Join Fuller Technologies and play a key role in driving the commercial success of our Pyro & Grinding business as we prepare for a standalone Cement organization following the divestment. In line with the GREEN’26 Cement strategy, Fuller is building a dedicated Cement entity designed to accelerate green-tech solutions and deliver stronger value to the global cement market. You will play a key role in managing and expanding customer relationships, promoting our Pyro & Grinding portfolio, and contributing directly to our future commercial strategy and business objectives. As Sales Manager for Pyro & Grinding, you will lead sales efforts for our product portfolio, delivering innovative solutions to clients while driving profitable growth. From proposal to delivery, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure optimal commercial and technical outcomes. About The Department In the Pyro & Grinding Business Line, we provide sustainable technologies for both new and existing cement installations. Our aim is to help our customers achieve their business objectives, extend the lifespan of their current assets, transition to alternative fuels, and enhance the performance and efficiency of their operations. We are committed to delivering true value to our customers' assets while aligning with the industry's sustainability goals.

Requirements

  • A strong grasp of both technical and commercial concepts.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and sales of technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical mindset with KPI and ROI tracking capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales of Pyro & Grinding products and solutions to customers.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, building long-term partnerships and trust.
  • Develop and deliver competitive proposals with clear value propositions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, aligning commercial and technical terms with customer requirements.
  • Conduct customer site visits, particularly during final negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate data and forecasts in CRM systems, ensuring clear pipeline visibility.
  • Contribute to sales strategies that support profitable growth and customer success.
