About The Position

Manchester City is scaling its premium soccer hospitality and experiences business across the United States and is seeking a high-output sales professional to lead from the front. This is not an account management role; it is focused on building pipeline, winning new business, and driving commercial growth. The ideal candidate is competitive, target-driven, and motivated by closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and delivering premium hospitality revenue across the U.S. market.
  • Hunting and converting new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and high-net-worth buyers.
  • Building a strong, self-generated pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close.
  • Hosting prospects and clients to drive deal progression and repeat business.
  • Maintaining disciplined CRM management, forecasting accuracy, and activity levels.
  • Working closely with UK-based teams to ensure premium delivery and long-term client value.
