About The Position

As a Sales Manager, you will be a key leader in our OCI Commercial department, responsible for evangelizing Oracle's Cloud Solution and accelerating customer adoption. With a deep understanding of the marketplace, you will strategically plan and execute sales programs, mentor your team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in resource utilization and conflict resolution will be instrumental in driving success. Overall responsibility for sales, alliances, and customer satisfaction for Oracle's growing Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services portfolio in the region. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, maximizing Oracle's product opportunities. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Sell and promote Oracle products, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in tactical and strategic planning, collaborating with license, consulting, and education managers. Develop and execute a territory plan to optimize revenue, generating accurate forecasts, and managing escalations. Assist in short, medium, and long-term planning to achieve strategic objectives, interacting with senior management. Build effective relationships with internal teams to develop joint account plans and ensure alignment. Mentor and guide direct reports, inside sales, pre-sales engineers, and channel partners, sharing expertise.
