Requirements

Associate’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a retail financial environment.
3+ years of people leadership experience with a proven coaching mindset.
Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automated lending systems and reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Active NMLS number (or ability to obtain one).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of secondary market programs and mortgage regulations preferred.

Champion Training & Development so your team is confident, compliant, and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the loan journey.
Optimize Processes & Technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
Ensure Compliance Excellence by guiding policy development and maintaining adherence to regulatory and secondary market guidelines.
Empower Members through financial education, thoughtful follow-ups, and service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
