About The Position

We are looking to add a Sales Manager to support our Louisiana team! This role involves leading the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs. It includes routine service visits and testing to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generating reports after each visit, and distributing them as required. The position also assists with technical issues at customer sites, identifies and addresses issues with customers, and develops corrective action plans, ensuring the sales account manager is kept informed. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities at existing customers and assisting with growth opportunities at prospect accounts. It also ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility and analyzes data to ensure program performance using KPIs. The Sales Manager will also report safety metrics to the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • 5 years of Recovery Boiler Experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility
  • Within a commutable distance to DeRidder, LA

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
  • Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
  • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
  • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
  • Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
  • Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
  • Report safety metrics to customer
