Requirements
- High-energy personality with confidence and charisma
- Passion for helping people and closing deals
- Creativity in marketing - especially on social media
- Willingness to work Saturdays (Sundays off)
- Ambition to lead, inspire, and grow
- Must be coachable, driven, and ready to win
- Must complete the Culture Index Survey titled Titan Factory Direct
- Background check and Drug Screen are required

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is a strong plus
