About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is seeking future Sales Managers who are competitive, persuasive, and motivated by recognition and unlimited earning potential. This role is for individuals who aren't afraid to take initiative, influence others, and compete to win. The position involves selling manufactured and modular homes, building relationships with customers, guiding them through the buying process, and generating business through networking and social media marketing. Trainees will learn Titan's proven sales process and develop into future Sales Managers or General Managers. Proficiency in social media marketing is a must, as top producers actively market themselves and their homes using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Marketplace. Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented professionals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Coachable with a desire to grow
Available to work Saturdays (Sundays off)
Background check and Drug Screen are required
