About The Position

As Sales Manager- HVS NA you will lead a team of Account Executives that work leads through a full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, demonstrating the Fiix platform, and managing deal cycles through to closure. Reporting to the Regional Director- HVS NA, you will play a critical role in the Fiix growth strategy, with a focus on new logo acquisition.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or a related field or relevant industry experience
Master of Business Administration and Sales Leadership Certificate
2+ year's experience managing a sales/lead team to overachieve targets
5+ year's experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in a fast paced SaaS environment.
Solid experience with Marketing and Sales funnel KPIs and management
Highly organized and with a track record for prioritizing tasks for the team
Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong focus on leading by example, in a team environment with revenue deadlines

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Fiix inbound and outbound development strategy
Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
As a member of the Revenue Leadership Team, report on team activity and forecast to the Global Sales Director.
Review current processes and help guide the team to improve while challenging them to innovate.
Bring new ideas and best practices to our organization to help elevate the entire business development team
Create an environment of collaboration within the team that allows for open dialogue, continuous feedback loops and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
Help foster an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.
Lead, coach and inspire your team to create a high-performing culture where individuals can grow their careers as well as contribute to our success
Proactively assist with passive and active recruitment efforts
Help drive continuous improvement in the business development practice at Fiix
Represent Fiix and participate in various community meet-ups and technical groups, fireside chats, info sessions, tech and recruiting events to increase our brand recognition
