About The Position

Trimble is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead its US Civil New Logo Sales division. This role involves driving strategic growth and mentoring a team of professionals who deliver technology solutions to the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. The Sales Manager will be the primary catalyst for Trimble’s growth across the entire US Civil landscape, directly influencing how major infrastructure and building projects are designed and executed. This role blends strategic business development with hands-on leadership, shaping team careers and fostering B2B partnerships that drive industry-wide digital transformation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in a software environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of the US Civil market and or construction industry workflows.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong background in business development, including proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
  • Experience developing and adapting sales tactics based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel 30-40% to support field operations.

  • Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Technical background or degree in a field related to construction or business technology.

Responsibilities
