Empire Life is looking to hire a Sales Manager, Empire Connect to join our Retail Distribution team! We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position. This role offers an opportunity to transform Empire Connect into a leading digital sales organization. You will liaise with key stakeholders to develop strategic relationships, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic growth, and coordinate branch administration. You will also work with the VP to facilitate department forecasting, establish and manage the department budget, and liaise with Distribution Practices to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will represent Empire Connect in cross-functional initiatives, provide product, sales, and administrative support to advisors, drive growth and sales results through broker management and recruiting, measure and analyze broker production, and implement digital sales tools and processes. You will also provide sales coaching and case consultation, coordinate and run monthly virtual broker meetings, create and manage sales campaigns, assist in the growth of block acquisitions, achieve annual new broker recruiting objectives, and implement new broker onboarding and continuous training.
