About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and growth. This paid internship offers a dynamic experience where interns learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, handle customer care, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships. Interns will complete projects, engage in friendly competition, and may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship February 5th – Thursday April 29th.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
