Requirements
- Previous automotive or customer service experience a plus
- Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Team player with the ability to follow direction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Move, arrange, and display vehicles on the sales lot according to dealership standards
- Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Wash, vacuum, and perform light detailing on vehicles as needed
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles to customers, service, and other departments as directed
- Assist sales associates with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Ensure all vehicles have proper pricing, window stickers, and accessories displayed
- Perform routine checks on lot vehicles, including tire pressure and cleanliness
- Maintain dealership common areas and entrance in a neat and professional appearance
- Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management immediately
- Assist in receiving and processing trade-in and new inventory vehicles
