About The Position

The sales department porter is responsible for the organization and presentation on the lot, ensuring the lot is clean, well-organized, and ready for customers. The role involves coordinating with sales, maintaining vehicle inventory, and providing high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid California driver’s license
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must have some customer service experience
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include Saturdays and Sundays
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but Spanish is not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing the new and used vehicles for sale
• Delivering the customer’s vehicle to the Sales Associates
• Retrieving vehicles from new car area for delivery and parking vehicles
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and safe area
• Safe and careful handling of customer and dealer owned vehicles
