About The Position

Gresham Subaru is seeking a hardworking Sales Lot Attendant to join its sales department. This entry-level role is suited to someone interested in starting a career in the automotive industry and at a car dealership. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

The Sales Lot Attendant supports vehicle readiness and presentation, customer service, and the Sales team. Duties include inspecting and parking new vehicles, delivering vehicles to guests, cleaning and fueling vehicles for handover, maintaining orderly vehicle displays, and assisting sales managers with inventory merchandising.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in inspections of new vehicles and park them in designated areas.
• Pull vehicles up and deliver them to guests upon completion.
• Provide quality customer service to guests.
• Maintain an orderly appearance of vehicle displays.
• Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover.
• Assist sales managers with merchandising inventory.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Sales team.
