About The Position

Coggin Honda Jacksonville, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant. Asbury Automotive Group is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest franchised automotive retailers in the United States, committed to redefining the traditional dealership model through innovative technologies and a focus on its team members, guests, and partners. The Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for managing the dealership lot, including the cleanup, movement, organization, and display of vehicle inventory, as well as tagging vehicles with disclaimers and vehicle keys. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and a fun, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Must have a proactive approach
  • Must have good organization & communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and organizing the vehicle inventory
  • Receiving and verifying inbound vehicles against invoice when applicable
  • Cataloging and inputting keys into the Key Track system
  • Ensuring all vehicles have fuel, required stickers/buyers guide and are in good condition
  • Inspecting vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum
  • Ensuring inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information
  • Moving and delivering vehicles when instructed
