About The Position

LHM Ford Lakewood, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Lot Attendant to help deliver a positive car-buying experience. The role manages dealership vehicle inventory, including cleanup, movement, organization, display, vehicle and key tagging, and ensuring vehicles are presentable and properly documented. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and includes outdoor work.

Requirements

• Proactive approach.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize vehicle inventory.
• Receive and verify inbound vehicles against invoices when applicable.
• Catalog and input keys into the Key Track system.
• Ensure vehicles have fuel, required stickers and buyer’s guides, and are in good condition.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice or addendum.
• Ensure inventory is clean, presentable, and properly displayed with disclaimers and vehicle information.
• Move and deliver vehicles when instructed.
