Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining production targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with team members to support plant operations and achieve operational goals.
