Requirements

Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
Present vehicle features, pricing, protection options, and financing solutions confidently and professionally
Follow up with leads and customer inquiries using our CRM systems
Work closely with management and support departments to create an exceptional customer experience
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
