About The Position

Storm season is here—are you ready to step into leadership? Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for driven, high-potential individuals to join our Leadership in Training (LIT) Program. This is a player-coach development role designed for top producers who want to grow into leadership. You’ll master the field, learn how to build and lead a team, and transition into a Team Lead position as you prove your ability to perform and develop others.

Requirements

• Door-to-Door or Sales Experience Preferred
• Leadership Potential: You’re competitive, coachable, and ready to grow.
• Strong Work Ethic: You lead by example through action.
• High energy, positive, and driven to win.
• Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days).
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads door-to-door and close deals in the field.
• Shadow current leaders and begin mentoring newer reps.
• Help identify and attract future team members.
• Assist with onboarding and field training for new hires.
• Join ride-alongs, help with appointments, and build team momentum.
• Gradually take ownership of team performance and results.
