About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking high-potential individuals for its Leadership in Training (LIT) Program. This role is designed for top performers who aspire to leadership. Participants will gain expertise in the field, learn to build and manage a team, and progress to a Team Lead position based on their performance and ability to develop others. The program offers a fast track to leadership, strong earning potential with base pay plus commission, hands-on development in recruiting, coaching, and leadership, a proven system with established training and mentorship, and a high-energy culture with incentives and competitions.
Requirements
- Door-to-door or sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable talking to anyone.
- Leadership potential: competitive, coachable, and ready to grow.
- Strong work ethic: lead by example through action.
- High energy, positive, and driven personality.
- Valid driver's license.
- Possession of a pickup truck or ability to acquire one within 60 days.
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and consistently knocking on doors.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads door-to-door and close deals.
- Shadow current leaders and begin mentoring newer representatives.
- Identify and attract potential team members.
- Assist with onboarding and field training for new hires.
- Support the team through ride-alongs and appointment assistance.
- Gradually assume responsibility for team performance and results.
