About The Position

The Regal Rexnord Sales, Engineering, and Leadership (SEAL) Program is designed to build the core business and technical skills necessary for a successful career in Sales. This progressive and challenging program offers associates a variety of unique experiences within Regal Rexnord's global company, shaping them into future leaders. SEAL candidates will be assigned projects with a leader or mentor and will be held accountable for their work. The program includes 6-month assignments with a focus on Product and Company Marketing, Engineering, and Outside/Inside Sales.

Requirements

B.S. Degree in Industrial Distribution, Business, or Engineering.
No prior experience in our industry is required.
Must be open to working in Inside Sales or Outside Sales and relocation within the USA upon completion of the 6-month SEALS Program.
Good verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and customers.
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Ability to adjust to varying priorities and project lists.
Position will require approximately 25-30% overnight travel.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Develop a broad understanding of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to gain the knowledge and skill base to contribute to business success.
Learn about a culture of continuous improvement and how it drives customer value.
Understand complex functional situations by paying attention to task details and breaking them down into smaller pieces.
Proactively develop and maintain broad knowledge of technical disciplines in own functional area(s) and apply broad knowledge of trends.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of protocols, programs, or deliverables, comparing results to expectations/standards.
Evaluate alternative solutions/decisions in adherence to Regal Rexnord standards while assessing the impact on customers and the business.
