About The Position

In our HGV Sales Leader position you will be responsible for leading a team and following and implementing the procedures for the department. Staff, plan, control, and advise the activities of a qualified sales force of Sales Executives and sales management to acquire high sales volume. Supervises and leads all aspects of sales activity on a specific team.

  • Conducting mentorship and reviews with select Sales Executives
  • Leading best-in-class sales training for Sales Executives when vital and helping to develop monthly training calendar
  • Coaching, developing, empowering, measuring, monitoring and mentoring the sales team for current business needs and future leadership positions to support succession planning
  • Conducting motivational, significant morning sales meetings
  • Running the team and holding them accountable for adherence to policies and procedures
  • Generating maximum performance in the sales force by applying predefined metrics

Responsibilities
