About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can motivate a group and create a positive, inclusive work environment. Daily tasks include providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and ensuring a cool store vibe. The role also involves motivating sales staff and fostering healthy competition.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
