About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, enjoys motivating people, and can set a positive example for customer relations and store atmosphere. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The role also involves motivating sales staff, creating healthy competition, and actively participating in sales activities like selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
