About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, enjoys motivating others, and can set a positive example for customer relations and store atmosphere. Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)

A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
