About The Position

Nati Boutique is looking for a Retail Fashion Sales Lead who not only drives top sales but also keeps the team motivated, delivers an elevated styling experience, and ensures every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase. The Sales Lead will act as a personal stylist, curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best. They will engage in the fitting room, provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases. The role involves leading by example, setting the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success. The Sales Lead will also motivate and inspire the team, keep them energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture. Additionally, they will be the expert on the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity, and maintain a flawless store by keeping the sales floor and fitting rooms organized and visually appealing.
