Requirements

Thoughtful and able to anticipate customer’s needs.

Excited about taking on new experiences and possess a can-do attitude.
Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors/suppliers.
Speak to products and demonstrate how to use them with various brewing methods and coffee varietals.
Stay knowledgeable about Fellow’s current products and how they help brew coffee; continuously cultivate curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings.
Taste coffee from roaster partners regularly to ensure quality, uphold standards, and develop palate.
Create community in the store by sharing joy and knowledge of coffee with guests; inspire teammates to do the same.
Support the team by taking joy in tasks that keep the store running smoothly and beautifully, which may include cleaning, clearing and washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organizing product displays, replenishing inventory, and taking out trash.
Work as a team to achieve sales goals.
Promote a safe and respectful working environment.
