About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate is a natural at starting conversations, motivating groups, and creating a positive customer experience. The role involves providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining a clean and organized store, and fostering an inclusive and energetic work environment. Team members are expected to keep personal and productivity goals in mind and motivate sales staff to create healthy competition.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Ability to talk to everyone naturally
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
