About The Position

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) for its North Conway, New Hampshire location. The role provides excellent customer service in line with Jockey’s service principles, contributes to store goals and sales, and assists management with opening and closing the store. The Sales Lead may act as Manager on Duty when store management is absent and supports merchandising, store operations, team development, and hiring efforts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

One year of management experience.
Three years of retail or customer service experience, with a demonstrated passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

Help drive store sales, goals, and profitability.
Perform sales and register transactions, including ringing purchases, processing cash or credit payments, and counting money.
Act as Manager on Duty when store management is absent, including opening and closing the store according to Jockey policies.
Assist with stocking, markdowns, and visual merchandising in accordance with established standards.
Protect cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to Jockey policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
