About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and passionate about fashion and shoes. The position involves motivating sales staff, creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring the store maintains a cool vibe. Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)

A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
