About The Position

The Sales Lead is a passionate Pandora brand ambassador who immerses themselves in the brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role supports store managers and sales associates and contributes to the store’s success by driving sales, building customer loyalty, and helping the team achieve individual and store performance goals. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
Business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to deliver positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.

Create memorable shopping experiences by demonstrating strong product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
Identify opportunities to exceed business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build lasting customer relationships through authentic engagement.
Help train and inspire the sales team and encourage accountability for individual and store performance.
Provide real-time feedback and coaching to help the team achieve KPI goals.
Support store managers and sales associates.
