About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and can motivate others. The role involves providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and creating an inclusive and fun work environment. Responsibilities include motivating sales staff, creating healthy competition, and actively selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
