About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to join their team. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through their beautiful products. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated Pandora enthusiast, fully immersed in the brand, culture, and product, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to the store's success. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent time management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
At least 18 years or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
