About The Position

Pandora @ Promenade at Chenal is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers people to express themselves through their beautiful products. This role involves supporting Managers and Sales Associates to ensure in-store success. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated Pandora Fan, immersing themselves in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
At least 18 years or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
