About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and lead teams. The position requires someone who is a natural at starting conversations, motivating groups, and providing excellent customer service. A typical day involves sales, motivating staff, providing constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, and motivating sales staff. The role also involves running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
