About The Position
A Visionworks Sales Lead represents the business and helps ensure a positive experience for every patient and customer. The role requires knowledge of optics, products and services, and managed vision care. The Sales Lead guides patients and customers through the Visionworks experience and helps meet their eyewear needs in a simple, human, and bold way. The position is part-time and pays $13.75–$14.97 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of optical experience with Visionworks or another organization, or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.
Nice To Haves
- Related customer or patient experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily sales goals through strong execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
- Engage with patients and customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
- Measure patients and customers for eyewear and maintain product and optical knowledge through ongoing training and development to help ensure eyewear is right the first time.
- Perform day-to-day store operations that support financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders for shipment.
