About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The day-to-day involves sales, motivating and connecting with customers, providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, motivating sales staff, and fostering healthy competition. The role also involves physically demanding tasks such as running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
