About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural at starting conversations, motivating people, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and motivating sales staff to create healthy competition.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
  • Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
  • Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
  • Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
  • A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

  • 2 years: Cashier
  • 3 years: Customer Service
  • 2 years: Leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
