The Operations Lead is a critical role within the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching towards profitability and efficiency. This position works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate tasks, delegate work, and provide feedback to the team to achieve optimal results in supporting total store operations. The role involves leading and executing inventory management processes, investigating inventory accuracy issues, and managing key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, and visual standards. The Operations Lead also partners with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and facilities, demonstrating strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies. This role requires dynamic movement on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. Additionally, the Operations Lead directly oversees Operations Associates, including recruitment and development, and collaborates with other leads to ensure cross-functional training and overall business execution.
