About The Position

The Temp Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora’s Bellevue Square Mall store supports Managers and Sales Associates in delivering in-store success. The role immerses the Sales Lead in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products, with a focus on exceptional customer experiences, strong sales performance, and building customer loyalty. The Sales Lead also coaches and inspires the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help achieve individual and store KPI goals. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
Business acumen and analytical thinking oriented toward positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and arrive at work on time.
