About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, fostering an inclusive work environment, and motivating the sales staff. The role involves a dynamic and fun atmosphere, including selling shoes and interacting with people.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally
2 years experience as Cashier
3 years experience in Customer Service
2 years experience in Leadership

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
