About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, enjoys motivating people, and can create a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, and meeting personal and productivity goals. The role involves actively selling, motivating staff, and creating a fun, competitive atmosphere.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)

- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
