The Sales Lead collaborates with the team and reports to the Boutique’s Manager. Key aspects of the role include developing new clients, converting walk-in traffic into Intimissimi ambassadors by generating excitement and desire for the product, sharing customized fashion tips, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The position requires a positive, goal-oriented, outgoing, and engaging personality, always taking the initiative to interact with clients. Sales Leads must demonstrate a high level of skill in client interaction to identify needs and maximize sales commissions.
