The Sales Lead is a crucial role for the store, demonstrating a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion, while always representing the Oniverse Key values: Open Mind, Passion, Pragmatism, Teamwork and Goal Orientation. This role focuses on providing a superior level of customer service to clients, aiming to increase conversion and retention, drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The Sales Lead works collaboratively with the team and reports to the Boutique’s Manager. Key responsibilities include developing new clients, converting walk-in traffic into Intimissimi ambassadors by creating excitement around the product, sharing customized fashion tips, and providing a high level of professionalism. The position requires a positive, goal-oriented, outgoing, and engaging personality, proactively interacting with clients to identify their needs and maximize sales commissions.
