About The Position

The Sales Lead is a part-time store leader who helps bring sneaker culture to life by leading with energy, ownership, and purpose. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales results, coaching the team, and keeping the store running strong. Sales Leads are hands-on leaders who stay connected to customers and teammates, take ownership of store execution, and help set the tone on the sales floor to deliver a great customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume retail environment.
• Interest in pursuing long-term career growth in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, bringing energy, confidence, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team follow up with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Address issues, maintain standards, and take ownership of store execution.
• Use retail technology and digital tools to enhance customer experience, enable associates, and support efficient store operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing leadership and direction.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Coach teammates in real time, recognizing successes and helping address performance gaps.
• Support the team and store priorities wherever needed.
