About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, we are seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our King of Prussia, PA team. This role is crucial on the sales floor, leveraging your experience in sales, menswear, or store operations to take the lead in certain store sales or operational aspects. You will be passionate about customer service, always prioritizing the customer, and enjoy supporting colleagues in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Premium retail, menswear, or general sales experience.
- Experience with operational tasks such as cash handling, reports, or following directives.
- Enthusiastic and keen to join a high performing team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in store on the sales floor.
- Take the lead regarding some aspects of the store sales or operations.
- Be passionate about customer service and always put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Support colleagues in providing an incredible customer experience.
- Handle operational tasks such as cash handling, reports, or following directives.
