About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our King of Prussia Mall store team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service, turning every customer visit into a memorable shopping experience. You will greet customers warmly, offer expert product advice, and ensure a smooth and friendly checkout process. Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your knowledge of menswear styling, measuring, and creating polished looks. In addition to sales, you will participate in general store operations, including restocking and handling shipments, to maintain the store's appearance.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience is essential, preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Personality and enthusiasm.
- Pride in appearance.
- Driven, can-do attitude.
- Previous retail leadership experience is required (can be from any type of retail).
- Work authorization to work in person within the United States.
