About The Position

As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you are a key team member who supports and models excellent customer experiences. You deliver personalized customer experiences and provide guidance and support to associates, directly influencing both customer and associate experiences. You collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and are prepared to step into the manager role when needed. The position is part-time, with a minimum of 16 hours per week, and is listed as a day shift Monday through Friday, with availability for rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts. The hourly rate is $16.

Requirements

• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of retail sales experience.
• Management experience.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates deliver their best customer interactions.

• Use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
